Not just things,
but too, living beings.
Hermits permit a few:
quality over quantity.
Earn their fealty.
Speak with honesty.
And they’ll treat you like royalty.
Without truth, there is no trust.
If you prove your worth,
even in testing times,
they’ll be just. But betray
or not pull your weight?
To them, you’ll just be dust.
