‘Hi guys!’ (refers to a gender-neutral group)
It’s hypocritical if you use ‘guys’ as a gender-neutral word,
but you are not ok with the usage of ‘man’ for the same purpose.
If you don’t want to be hypocritical, then switch to these words:
- All
- Y’all
- Folks
- Peeps
- Everyone
- Everybody
